Not every buyer roasts. We supply roasted Yemeni coffee to cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and private customers, in batches small enough that what you receive is genuinely fresh rather than merely recent.
Profiles
| Profile | Suits | What it emphasises |
|---|---|---|
| Light–medium | Filter, pour-over, batch brew | Florals and fruit; best on Hirazi |
| Medium | All-round, house coffee | Balance of spice, chocolate and acidity; best on Sanani |
| Medium–dark | Espresso, milk drinks, moka pot | Body, cocoa, dried fruit; best on Mattari |
| To your specification | Roasteries and chains | We roast to an agreed curve and repeat it |
Format and packaging
- Whole bean as standard; ground to your method on request.
- Valve bags in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg.
- Roast date printed on every bag — not a 'best before' alone.
- Neutral or your own label for wholesale volumes.
Freshness
We roast against orders rather than to stock. Yemeni naturals need rest: 5 to 8 days for a medium roast, 10 to 14 for a light roast on Hirazi. We ship so that the coffee arrives roughly when it is ready, and we say on the bag when we roasted it.
